Amber Jeffers
Amber oversees the Customer Experience organization at Learning.com encompassing the Customer Support and Education Services departments. In her leadership role, Amber ensures that customers have everything they need to launch and use Learning.com’s digital literacy and digital content solutions productively and effectively right from the start. From customer-facing training to ongoing customer service, responsive support for the sales teams to analysis of customer data, Amber is one of the key internal “voices of the customer” at Learning.com. Prior to joining the company she worked as a Digital Customer Service Representative and Administrative Assistance at Dark Horse Comics and a Support Information Administrator at Blizzard Entertainment.
