Deborah Good

Deborah Good is the Director of Organizational Learning and Research for Future Focused Education, an Albuquerque-based nonprofit that brings innovative educational models to underserved students. For the past decade, Deborah has explored how creative uses of data and research can inform program, policy, and practice decision-making in a variety of settings. She was born and raised in Washington, DC, and studied social work at Temple University in Philadelphia, earning her master's degree in 2009 with a specialization in research. Prior to joining the staff of Future Focused Education, Deborah served as Senior Research Associate at Research for Action in Philadelphia and then as Director of Data and Research for Mission: Graduate, an initiative of the United Way of Central New Mexico.
