Katie Zink

As a strategist for organizational DE&I, Katie is passionate about elevating culture in the workplace. She's energized by supporting those who identify as women, girls, and other systemically non-dominant groups as they embark on their professional journeys. Katie brings over ten years experience volunteering and advocating for marginalized communities with organizations like TechTown PDX, Raphael House, Oregon Tradeswomen, and Girls Inc. Most recently, Katie served as the head of DE&I and as the Marketing Communitications Manager with Learning.com.
