Michael Cornell

Michael Cornell is a 5th grade teacher at Thurgood Marshall Academy Lower School in Harlem, New York City and has been in education for 7 years. His interests lie in curriculum design, equity, instructional technology, and systems organization. He serves on various committees and task forces at the school, district, and city levels and is a contributing writer to various education publications and academic journals. His current research interests explore the intersections of curriculum and Daisaku Ikeda’s philosophy of “Human Education.”
